Project: DONE is a 90-day accountability cohort for ambitious people who are ready to stop circling the goal that matters most — and finally finish it with structure, support, and community.

You have an idea. A project. Something that matters to you. Maybe you’ve been thinking about it for months. Maybe years. You think about it in the shower, on walks, between meetings. You’ve probably told a few people about it. You may have even started.
But this is the kind of work no one is assigning you. There’s no boss. No external deadline. No one asking for the update. So it keeps getting bumped by the urgent stuff — work, logistics, life — while the thing you actually want to build stays unfinished.
And that’s the hardest part: It’s not that you can’t do the work. It’s that meaningful, self-directed work is incredibly hard to sustain when no one is watching.
That’s what Project: DONE is built to solve.
Every time you don’t do the thing you said mattered, it chips away at your trust in yourself. You start to wonder if you’re actually someone who follows through. You get a little more used to postponing the thing that matters most.
Six months from now, you could still be exactly here: still thinking about it, still meaning to start, still telling yourself that when life calms down, you’ll finally make it happen.
But life doesn’t really calm down. You know that. The project is not going to build itself. And the longer it sits, the heavier it gets.
That’s the real cost. Not just lost time, but the slow erosion of your belief that you are someone who does what they say they’re going to do.
And that belief is worth protecting.
Every time you’ve started something and stalled, it probably felt personal. Like you didn’t want it badly enough. Like you were missing some discipline gene other people seem to have.
But that’s not what’s happening. People who finish hard things are not necessarily more motivated than you. They just have support structures you may not have yet: accountability, momentum, clear milestones, and someone in their corner who won’t let them quietly disappear on themselves.
That’s exactly what Project: DONE is designed to provide. It’s built around my ANCHOR framework — six forms of support that help ambitious people keep moving, stay accountable, and finish what matters, even in the middle of real life.
Something real. Something visible. But here’s what surprises most people: the finished project is not the only transformation. You become someone who does what they say they’re going to do. Someone who keeps showing up even when life gets busy. Someone who has proof — real proof — that when they decide something matters, they can follow it through.
That kind of evidence changes you. And it doesn’t disappear when the 90 days are over. It compounds. Because this isn’t just about one project. It’s about building a new relationship with execution, momentum, and self-trust.
The momentum you build in these 90 days is not the finish line. It’s the foundation.
Most people do not fail because they lack ambition. They fail because meaningful self-directed work usually lacks:
a real deadline
visible milestones
protected work time
social accountability
support when they hit resistance
Project: DONE gives you all five in one 90-day container.
You have an idea or project that’s been living in your head for far too long
You have a full life, and your own work keeps getting pushed behind the urgent stuff
You don’t need more motivation — you need structure, accountability, and a clear next step
You work better when someone is actually expecting an update
You know no job, client project, or external win can replace the feeling of building something that’s yours
You’re ready to stop wondering whether you’ll do it — and become someone who has proof
you want purely private coaching
you’re looking for a self-paced course with lots of content
you’re not ready to commit time and energy to one real project
you’re in a season where taking action feels impossible right now
Project: DONE is a live, active cohort. You have to show up. You have to choose a project that matters. And you have to be willing to keep going when it gets uncomfortable.
This is for people who are ready to be active participants in their own follow-through.

So you start with a goal you can actually finish — and a plan built for real life.
Before you can finish something, you need two things: a real target and the right support around it. In week one, we create both.
You’ll come in having already submitted your goal, and together we’ll shape it into something that is genuinely achievable in 90 days — specific, measurable, and tied to leading metrics you can track.
Then we’ll run it through the ANCHOR framework — the six-part system I developed after looking closely at every time I finished something hard, and every time I stalled.
You’ll leave week one with: a clear 90-day goal, a realistic roadmap, visible success metrics, and a room full of people who heard you commit to it.
Every week for 90 days, we meet live. Show up with wins, blocks, and an honest answer: What did you say you were going to do — and what did you actually do?
Twice a month, we get in the room and work in silence. Protected time to actually do the work — not just think about doing it.
Momentum is built in the middle — in the ordinary days when no one is watching. Name your task and report back in the community.
A small, vetted group of ambitious people building in the same 90-day container. Share wins, ask questions, get unstuck, and celebrate progress together.
We don't just celebrate and disappear. Look at what you built, document what worked, and map your next 90-day goal.
In a group, you’re surrounded by other people taking themselves seriously too. Witnessing others move through resistance creates a powerful positive feedback loop: their momentum strengthens yours, and yours strengthens theirs. It’s about being in a room where progress becomes normal.
Only available to Founding Members who enroll by April 24.
Here's the thing about 90-day sprints — somewhere around week 4 or 5, most people hit a wall. Not because they're doing it wrong, but because real momentum always runs into real life. Plans need recalibrating. Goals need sharpening. Something unexpected comes up.
That's when most people quietly give up on themselves.
And that's exactly when I want you in a room with me — alone, no group, no performance — to pressure-test where you are, unblock what's stuck, and make sure the person crossing the finish line in August is someone you're proud of.
Enroll by April 24 and you'll get a private 30-minute 1:1 session with me, scheduled during the cohort. Not a kickoff. Not a welcome. A strategic 1:1 at the moment you need it most — when the newness has worn off and the real work is happening.
This is how high-touch support is supposed to feel. And it's only available to Founding Members.
Bonus expires April 24 at 11:59pm PT.
From past clients I've worked with 1:1. Project: DONE is the first group cohort applying the same framework.
I’ve spent most of my life doing hard things on purpose.
I graduated from Harvard, moved to Hong Kong, and passed all three levels of the CFA exam — one of the hardest finance designations in the world, requiring more than 900 hours of study. I won a cross-functional MVP award at LinkedIn for a three-year change management project. I left corporate to write novels, earned literary representation from the agencies behind The Hunger Games and Ender’s Game, and completed an Ironman 70.3 while rewriting my first book from scratch.
These weren’t random accomplishments. They were all versions of the same thing: choosing something difficult, staying with it, and seeing it through.
Over time, I became fascinated by that process. Why do some ambitious people follow through on the things that matter most — while other deeply meaningful projects stay stuck in idea form for years? What actually helps people finish? What makes momentum sustainable in the middle of real life?
When I looked back on the biggest things I’d completed, I realized they all had the same underlying supports in place. And when I looked at the projects that stalled, something was almost always missing.
That insight became the ANCHOR framework — a practical system for helping people finish meaningful work without relying on constant motivation or perfect conditions. That’s what Project: DONE is built on.
I’m not here to sell you discipline as a personality trait. I’m here to help you build the conditions that make follow-through far more likely.
Because finishing is not just about getting a project across the line. It changes how you see yourself. And once you have proof that you can do that, everything after gets easier to trust.
Because this is the first official round of Project: DONE, I’m offering this cohort at a special founding price. This is not the long-term price. After this round, tuition will increase.
So you keep making progress instead of disappearing on your goal
So you have dedicated space to actually do the work
So momentum continues between calls
So you’re supported by other ambitious people building alongside you
So you leave with your next 90-day plan, not just a finished sprint
A private 1:1 Midway Reset Call with me, scheduled during the cohort — when the real work is happening and momentum matters most.
The whole point of Project: DONE is becoming someone who follows through.
So here's my promise to you — if you follow through, I guarantee you'll make meaningful progress. And if you don't, I'll pay you back.
Here's the deal:
Complete your goal kickoff in week one
Show up to at least 10 of 12 group calls
Post your weekly accountability check-in in the community — what you committed to that week, and what you actually completed
Follow through on the commitments you set for yourself in at least 8 of 12 weeks
If you do all that and finish the 90 days feeling like you haven't made real, tangible progress on the project that matters to you — tell me within 7 days of the final call. I'll refund your full $3,000. No forms, no interrogation, no hard feelings.
You show up. You do what you said you'd do. I'll make sure it was worth it.
Cart closes April 30, 2026. Cohort begins May 4.
Founding Member Bonus — 1:1 Midway Reset Call — ends April 24.
